Question time

Since I will be unable to attend the Friday meeting with our new interim provost, let me ask the question here. What happened to the buyout? There was supposed to be a June deadline. No one that I have spoken to heard a word from any of the bigshots. Rumor has it someone on the Health Sciences campus got a big wad of cash, but that's only a rumor. Perhaps a nice note to those not being given the buyout would have been a decent idea. They are after all your most senior faculty.
